All Sales Are Final (Except for Apparel Exchanges)
All purchases made through INZONE are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products. However, we do allow exchanges on apparel items (such as singlets, t-shirts, or future clothing items) under specific conditions.
Socks Policy – All Sales Final
For hygiene and performance reasons, all sales of socks are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on sock purchases for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.
Defective or incorrect sock items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect pair of socks, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. Socks must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Apparel (Singlets, T-Shirts, Shorts, etc.) Exchanges
If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are only permitted for size or colour changes of the same item. If the desired size or colour is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Limited to one exchange per order - multiple exchanges on the same item are not permitted.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

Items showing any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.
Exchange Process

Contact Customer Service at info.inzonesport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as INZONE is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. INZONE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
