We appreciate your order and want to make sure our shipping process is clear and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.


Responsibility for Packages

INZONE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once an order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive the package.

Order Processing

  • We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. INZONE will ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options (Thailand)

All standard domestic orders will ship via economy processing unless express is selected at checkout.

  • Economy Shipping – Orders process and ship within 3–7 business days. Transit times vary depending on destination.

  • Express Shipping – Orders process within 1–2 business days and ship express. (Weekends and holidays are not business days. Express shipments will not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays; they will arrive the next available business day.)

International Shipping Policy

We are proud to ship worldwide through reliable global carriers (such as DHL, UPS, or equivalent).

  • Eligible Countries: INZONE ships to most countries worldwide. Availability will be shown at checkout.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout. Please note these are carrier estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping Costs & Customs Duties: Costs vary by destination, weight, and shipping method, and will be shown before checkout. Additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your local authorities upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.

Pre-Order Items

  • Items marked as “Pre-Order” will display an estimated ship date in the product description. Please note these dates are subject to change due to production or shipping delays.

  • Pre-order items are not eligible for express processing. If express shipping is selected, it will apply once the pre-order item becomes available.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
